This is Sylvia Martin’s delicious organic sourdough bread that you used to be able to purchase at the IFM. The loaves weigh in at around 2 pounds each. Freshly made from organic artisan milled wheat flour, these large loaves rise naturally with wild yeast and are baked at a high temperature in cast iron type vessels which create steam to form a crunchy crusted bread with a soft interior. Loaves will be either round or oval in shape and unsliced. Bread will be made fresh per your wishes and delivered to a mutually agreeable location. Ingredients: wheat flour, well water, himalayan salt.
