This year we had 10 projects entered in the competition, involving 14 students.
First Place went to “Little Free Pantries”, presented by Laura Wingate, from the Grayson County CATE Center.
Second Place went to “Medication Disposal”, presented by Michael Bean, from Grayson County CATE Center.
Third Place went to “Rural Beekeeping”, presented by Natalie Hoch, from Galax High School.
An Honorable Mention went to “Small Scale Farming for Low Income Housing”, presented by Jouse Solis and Shylan Wagner, from Galax High School.
An Honorable Mention went to “ Vaughan Complex”( a revitalizing project), presented by Chloe Vaughn and Nikolas Sawyers, from Galax High School.
