The Annual meeting, dinner and auction was held at the Fries Community Center this year. Thanks to everyone who attended and helped us raise $5,550!
Another big thank you our retiring board members! At large members, Jackie Hayter and Caroline Clough; Treasurer Janet Braitwaite; Vice President Charlotte Hanes. Charlotte is a founder of Grayson LandCare and has served on the board multiple times. We are pleased she will be staying on as an Exoffico member and advisor; Meagan Helmick steps down as president but will also remain in an at-large position. You can read about them here.
We are also very pleased to introduce new board members. John Alexander and Casey Johnson are new at-large members Ann Watson moves from at-large to Secretary. Kevin Strawn will become Treasurer. Katie Monday will be Vice President and Michael Jenkins will move from Secretary to become our new President.
Thank you once again to both our new and retiring board members for your service. A strong board is critical to the continued strenght of Grayson LandCare.
