Laura Ratcliffe will be joining us March 20th at 7pm at the GLC office. March 1st is Laura’s official start date as manager, but she has already started work and has met with Rick and I several times.  I am very pleased to have her as our new Town Manager.  Given the continued interest in Town Park, Laura will discuss that as  well as other projects on the Town agenda including the new speaker policy for council meetings.
