Wool poncho

This poncho is an original design knit and donated by Nancy Liebrecht.  The yarn in the poncho is 50% wool and 50% alpaca.  Half of the wool was sourced from Ronald Jones flock of Tunis sheep on Spring Garden Road.  All of the colored yarns in the poncho were dyed with natural plant materials. The pictures show the poncho worn 2 different ways

To care for this garment, hand-wash it in cool water–just as you would a fine wool sweater.  Eucalan Wool Wash is recommended.  Block it while slightly damp using an iron and damp cloth.
