You are cordially invited to join Grayson LandCare Monday, October 21 6:00-9pm at the Goodwill Grange #959, 840 Grange Hall Road, Troutdale VA, 24378. Please bring your friends and an appetite! We are thrilled to have Chef Jen Cavey cater the event with a wide array of heavy hors d’oeuvres this year. Some menu items include barbeque sliders, shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs, smoked trout dip and a range of desserts. The auction allows talented GLC members to offer handmade artisan crafts as well as dinners, gardening information, consultations, and more to raise money to fund our ongoing projects. Auction items this year include: A 2-night stay at the cottage at Ward Manor, a load of seasoned firewood, a handmade full-sized quilt, original framed artwork, a gourmet dinner, furniture, and more. The schedule for the evening: Doors open at 5:30 pm, Silent auction and hors d’oeuvres 6-7:15 pm, announcements and meeting 7:15-7:45, 7:45-8:15 live auction.
