Grayson LandCare is excited to resume our Annual Meeting, Potluck and Auction! We know 2020 was a hard year, and we are looking forward to being able to safely join together with our friends and members!
Please join us at Eagle View Event Center from 5:00-8:00pm, Monday, October 18, 2021. We are very excited to be holding our annual meeting at this amazing venue in Elk Creek. A big “Thank You” to Chris and Joy Butler for donating the use of their beautiful facility. The schedule for the evening: 5pm doors open. 5:30 Silent Auction opens for bidding. 6pm Dinner. 7pm business meeting, Silent Auction closes. 7:30 Live Auction begins. 8pm Checkout.

The main course has been generously donated by River Ridge Cattle Company. Our wonderful members are asked to bring a side, salad, or dessert to share.
The auction allows talented GLC members to offer dinners, gardening, guided hikes, classes and more to raise money to fund our ongoing projects. Please be sure to follow CDC and VDH Guidance, which recommends face coverings indoors and physical distancing regardless of vaccination status at this time. If you are feeling ill, we ask that you not attend. There will be masks available, hand sanitizer, and screening upon arrival. There will also be an option to bid online for items for those unable to attend. More details to come.
