The Market will be closed Friday July 4th to make room for the Town celebration. Don’t miss the parade and other Town events including fireworks in the evening.
Wellness Day will be July 11 and features area health professionals. Community partners Tri-area Community Health, Twin County Hospital and Mount Rogers WIC services will join us this year.
The Berry Festival on the 18th is a delicious day at the Market. It features the Berry Dessert contest with a $100 first prize. Bring your dessert, with your name on the bottom of your container, by 9am. Entries are judged on appearance, taste, and the degree to which berries are the primary focus. Desserts will be sold by the slice after judging as a fundraiser for the Market. The annual berry sorbet fundraiser will feature blueberry and strawberry sorbet this year.
July ends with the HWY 21-yard sale on July 25. This is the only day Market vendors can offer products they did not make or grow themselves.
