The Free Market holds it’s annual Free Christmas Shop at the Gate Center on Davis Street on Saturday December 6 from 11am to 3pm. The Shop is open to children ages 5-14 from 11 am-1pm. “Elves” will be available to help kids choose 3 gifts. Everyone is welcome to make their gift selections after 1pm.
The Free Market sets aside all their best donations for the gift shop. If you know a child or adult that would like to shop, please pass the word.
I hope to see you in Independence on December 6th! The town of Independence Christmas Parade starts at 5:30 this year. and will be followed by a visit with Santa and the lighting of the Christmas Tree.
