After cancelling January’s distribution due to ice and snow we were all ready for February. Despite the cold temperatures and school cancellations:
*50 Food Lion Gift Cards in the amount of 25.00 each, donated by Feeding SWVA, were shared with our neighbors in the distribution line on the 24th.
* Grayson High School ROTC cadets help us with orginizing items each month however, this month they also brought 6 large containers of canned food that was raised throughout the high school.
*We had 37 volunteers the month of February
* 318 boxes, helping 660 neighbors in 286 households were distributed.
