It’s finally here! We will be meeting at Eagle View Event Center this Monday the 18th. You are welcome anytime after 5pm to peruse the silent auction items. Dinner will begin at 6pm. Bidding on auction items closes at 7:30 and the live auction begins. We hope to wrap up around 8pm when you can pay for your treasures.
Please label your potluck dishes and serving spoons with your name and a card with a description would be great. We’ll have paper and pens at the event and you can also do it there. Monday looks beautiful but chilly. Please bring a sweater or jacket, we’d like to leave the doors open for better ventilation.
